Alex started his education at College of the Ozarks studying Culinary Arts before transferring to UMKC for their business program. He later completed his Associate’s degree at Metropolitan Community College. While living in Branson attending College of the Ozarks, he worked to help open up the restaurants at Johnny Moris’ Top of the Rock. With a cumulative 5 years in the restaurant industry he works closely with Ennovation Center clients as they are looking at starting their own food businesses. He enjoys living vicariously through all of the clients who come through the Ennovation Center doors and helping them taste new recipes and menu items!
